Working with Palestinian and Israeli colleagues, including multiple reputable human rights organisations, I carry out work in support of a just, transformative and restorative solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict.
I firmly believe in a shared future for Israelis and Palestinians, living as equals with full respect for human rights and security, and a process of peace building that is built from the grassroots between communities not just governments and the ruling classes.

I frequently carry out work on behalf of vulnerable individuals and families - particularly those of Palestinian background. Palestinian refugees in places like Syria and Lebanon endure widespread & systematic human rights violations. This is unacceptable. Whether in the UK or elsewhere in the world, the rights of Palestine refugees must be upheld, including their right to return.
A couple of examples of my work:
Hassan Family (Palestinian-Syrian refugees) here & here
Majid Ali (Baloch refugee) here
For over 15 years I have been producing briefing documents and analysis on the Israel-Palestine conflict, often on a weekly or fortnightly basis, which are circulated in the parliaments of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
I also push for the platforming of key Palestinian and Israeli voices, facilitating meetings and briefings where they can meet decision makers and political figures, deliver speeches and events, and hold discussions with public audiences. Having been key to organising some of these events inside the Houses of Parliament, I have been able to expose politicians to new information & ideas for policy change & development.
Consistency matters when it comes to anti-racism and anti-oppression politics. Our efforts to build a better future where we might finally defeat prejudice and hatred is incomplete if we fail to challenge anti-Jewish oppression. This struggle is an intersectional one that has to come from a perspective of justice for all people, including Jews. That is why I incorporate this fight specifically in the work that I carry forward and stand in allyship against the scourge of antisemitism. Nobody is truly safe if we leave are leaving some communities behind.
I have written about tackling antisemitism in left-wing spaces, worked alongside Jewish colleagues to raise key issues around access to kosher foods and tackling hate crimes, and I have hosted and participated in Holocaust Memorial Day events.
Having written for a number of media outlets, I have a wealth of experience in writing engaging and poignant opinion pieces and analysis. I have also appeared for interview on television and radio frequently.
In addition, I have over a decade of experience in public relations and managing the social media accounts of public figures and politicians - providing advice and information to help them engage more effectively with their audiences.
As part of my efforts to advocate for Palestinian human rights and a just solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, I have built a network of over 450 Parliamentarians. Those I work with can be found serving in the parliaments of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, United States of America and the European Union. I produce briefing documents on specific issues and wider topics, give advice on speeches that have been used in Parliamentary debates and I have drafted hundreds of questions and motions that have been submitted into the official record for answer by government ministers in various jurisdictions. I regularly write to and raise issues with figures in various political settings and push for changes in policy and actions that promote the ideals of justice, solidarity, human rights, equality and peace.
